I have been married thirty years and have two children. When I am not running VTI, you can find me tinkering on my antique trucks. I also enjoy going to country concerts. To escape Indiana, you can find me soaking up Key West sun and night life.

Bob Doerhman Operations Manager
I graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Logistics and Transportation. I have over 30 years of industry experience mostly in trucking(LTL, TL, Van, Flatbed, and specialized) and some in warehousing. Been working in Flatbed and Specialized here at VTI since 2010.
J. Bruce Capehart Jr. Controller
I am a 1983 graduate of DePauw University. I was in public accounting for 18 years. In 2001 I left public accounting to become the controller of a fence company. At the same time, I was also acting as a part time controller for a couple of other companies, including VTI. In 2014, I joined VTI on a full time basis.

Matthew Pickett Dispatcher
Dispatcher by day, masked vigilante by night. Gamer and taco connoisseur. Hopes to one day own a pet wallaby.
Rayni Hedback Dispatcher
I have been with VTI for 2 years and has grown to really love the industry. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family. She regularly attends baseball and hockey games as well as going golfing. I gained an interest in the trucking industry through a love for cars that developed into a love for the big trucks.

Pat Young, dispatcher, married 31 years, been doing dispatch for over 10 years, high school grad, 2 years of college, retired military (26 years)

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. I like going to movies and eating out with friends. I am also active in my church and enjoy my church family as well.

I am a mother of four. We enjoy going to the zoo and other local adventures. Our favorite vacation spots are St. Louis and Tennessee.

I received my medical degree as a Certified Medical Assistant from Brightwood College back in 2017. Years later I realized I wanted a change in my career. My journey in DOT safety and compliance started 3 years ago. I can finally say I enjoy and love my career today. I am a mother of 3 children. I enjoy a good laugh and joking around. I love being outdoors and spontaneous.

I am going on my fifth year here at VTI, I originally started out in the billing department and worked my way up into safety. When I am not working I enjoy camping and spending time with family.
